Sign the bill, please

This is the Sultan's signature - takes only a few weeks to create. Automatic check signing not a remote possibility and clearly no identity theft or counterfeit scams for those clever Ottomans. I think I am in LOVE with calligraphy and ALL the intricacies of ornamentation.
