SHINKANSEN SNACKS

Bullet Train Bites (dried shrimp, Hiroshima Pancake-flavored rice crackers and something indecipherable)that travel well at 200 mph. Usually I can get a clue about what is inside from the photo or drawing on the package. However, screaming calligraphy has me completely flummoxed.
