Corciano gate

The cage to the left appears not to have been used for some time but it's presence renders this a very, very safe town. We leave our keys IN the front door. Corciano has been voted one of the most attractive hamlets in all Italy. Street sweepers are out daily. Musicians gather to play a concert on the rampart and poetry is around many a corner.
