MOMA minimalist menu
What an artist-turned chef can do with carrots (smoked, chopped and sitting atop dill and caraway creme fraische) served on rye along side a plate of cauliflower (roasted with almonds, cheddar and cider-infused grapes).
Of course, being served by the epitome of curly-banged cuteness, probably helped the completely understated menu description.
